Controlled Static Recovery for ATVs, UTVs, and Compact Vehicles

The Carbon Offroad TAC Small Vehicle Recovery Rope & Soft Shackle Combo pairs a Spectra® all-purpose rope with two TAC small-vehicle soft shackles for compatible winching, flat towing, winch-extension, and static rigging applications. It is designed for controlled movement rather than the stored energy of a kinetic recovery rope.

A full-length armored rope sleeve helps protect against abrasion, while lightweight fiber construction keeps the kit compact and easy to carry. The olive drab and black colorway suits a low-profile tactical recovery setup.

Kit Contents and Specifications

  • One TAC All-Purpose Recovery Rope: stated minimum breaking strain 14,000kg (30,864lb).
  • Two TAC UTV & Small Vehicle Soft Shackles: stated minimum breaking strain 6,400kg (14,109lb) each.
  • Rope material: Spectra® fiber with full-length armored sleeve.
  • Colorway: olive drab and black.

Static Use Only

This is a static recovery and rigging combination, not a kinetic snatch kit. Do not use the rope as a kinetic snatch strap.

Compatibility and Safe Use

Intended for appropriately matched ATVs, UTVs, and compact 4x4s. Check vehicle weight, expected loads, recovery-point suitability, and every component before use. Rope and shackle ratings are separate minimum breaking strains, not safe working loads or a combined-system rating. Using two shackles does not add their ratings together. Inspect for damage, avoid sharp edges, and follow manufacturer instructions.
