Shipping Policy
How It Works
When an order is placed with us, it enters our assembly queue. Lead times for assembled products are clearly listed on each product page and are updated regularly. Please note that lead times may vary depending on order volume and current inventory levels. If you would like an update on your order status, feel free to contact us at any time.
We offer complimentary Standard Shipping on most orders. Faster shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that selecting an expedited shipping method does not reduce your product's assembly lead time. Expedited shipping only shortens the transit time once your order has been assembled and shipped. All posted lead times still apply regardless of the shipping method selected.
Orders valued at $499 or more that are shipped via USPS may require a signature upon delivery.
International shipments to Canada and other countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. Trail Grid Pro has no control over these fees. If additional duties or taxes are due, the shipping carrier will contact you prior to delivery.
Lost, Missing or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for merchandise once it leaves our facility.
If a package is reported as missing or delivered to anincorrect address, we must file a claim with the shipping carrier. No action will be taken until confirmation is received from the shipping carrier that the claim will be paid out.
If a package is stolen, we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and the customer should be advised to file a police report. No action is to be taken until confirmation of the claim is received from the shipping carrier.
In some cases, a package may be shown as delivered but could potentially show up the next day. Please allow 48 hours before filing a claim.
USPS tracking does not always update –please allow 7 days after the product is shipped before reporting a lost package.
