What's Your Return Policy?

Simple. You have 60 days to test your product to make sure you love it. If you don’t, you can return it for a full refund. Use our self-service returns process to initiate your return

When Will My Items Ship?

Generally, products that do not carry a lead time will ship within 1 business day depending on several factors. It’s always possible your order can ship same-day or fall into a second business day.

Products carrying lead times will have their lead times posted on their product pages. If no lead time is posted then the product does not have a lead time.

After an order is placed, we’ll send you our “Next Steps” email that outlines exactly what to expect regarding lead times, shipping, etc.

That all being said, the moment your order ships you’ll receive full tracking details via email so you can follow your order from our shop to your front door.

What Shipping Methods Do You Use?

Generally, we use UPS for all orders over 1 lb. and USPS for all orders less than 1 lb.

In some cases, larger items such as headlights or tail lights may ship via FEDEX.

Do You Ship To Canada?

Yes! Simply enter your complete shipping address at checkout and your shipping options will be displayed.

Do Your Head Unit Bundles Retain the Factory Microphone?

Our Sony bundles do not retain the factory microphone. Using the supplied Sony microphone provides you the flexibility to mount the microphone in any position.

We have a mic mount solution for 2003 – 2023 4Runners, 2010 – 2023 Tacomas and 2007 - 2021 Tundras that allows you to store the mic in your factory mic location. The mic mount is included with all of our Sony bundles.

Do Your Head Unit Bundles Maintain Steering Wheel Controls?

Yes! The iDatalink Maestro or PAC module that comes pre-connected to your Sony or Alpine unit is the brains of the operation. It automatically recognizes all of the buttons on your steering wheel when powered on. For this reason, it is imperative that you do not power up the Sony or Alpine bundle until after all vehicle connections are made.

How Do I Activate Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?

At this time, our Sony 8100, 7000, and 3200 bundles require a wired connection for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. If your 4Runner, Tacoma, or Tundra has a front-facing USB location under your factory head unit, our bundle will retain that USB connection for Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity.

Our Sony 9500ES, 9000ES, 8500, 6000, and 4000 bundles have wireless Apple CarPlay and Wireless/Wired Android Auto. All of our Alpine bundles have both wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

Do I Lose Any Functionality With Your Head Unit Bundles?

Due to the fact that our bundles will not be retaining any factory GPS systems, if you have a compass or directional feature in your heads-up display between your gauges, that will not be retained. That being said, there are directional features within Apple Maps, Google Maps and Waze in the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto interfaces.

If you’re able to set up your auto lock/unlock features via your head unit that will also not be retained.

How Do I Know If I Have A JBL Amplified System?

4Runner Owners: If you have an 8″ subwoofer on the passenger side of your trunk space, then you have a JBL amplified system. If you do not have an 8″ subwoofer on the passenger side of your trunk space, then you do not have a JBL amplified system.

Tacoma Owners: If your door speakers have a JBL logo on them, then you have a JBL amplified system. If your door speakers do not have a JBL logo, then you do not have a JBL amplified system.

Tundra Owners:

  • If you have a JBL logo on the top of your door speakers then you have a JBL Amplified System.
  • If you don’t have a JBL logo on your door speakers but you have an amplifier under your drivers side or passenger side seat then you have a non-JBL Amplified System.
  • If you do not have a JBL logo on the top of your door speakers nor have an amplifier under your drivers side or passenger side seat then you have a Non-Amplified System.
