Keep Oil Out of Your Intake System

During normal engine operation, crankcase blowby containing oil vapor is routed back through the intake system. Over time, that oil can accumulate throughout the turbocharger and intercooler piping, including along the turbo inlet walls.

The SXTH Catch Can Kit is designed to capture and separate this oily blowby before it is recycled through the intake tract, helping keep oil buildup to an absolute minimum and supporting long-term engine efficiency.

Engineered Specifically for the T24A-FTS

This isn't a universal catch can adapted to fit your Toyota. The entire system was engineered specifically around the T24A-FTS engine found in the 4th Gen Tacoma, 6th Gen 4Runner, and LC250 Land Cruiser.

Using the latest 3D scanning and CAD technology, each component is designed for precise, OEM-style fitment. Custom molded silicone hoses follow an efficient, factory-style routing that keeps the airflow path as short as possible while providing a clean installation under the hood.

Unlike kits that rely on long sections of universal hose or remotely mounted cans, this system mounts directly to the engine. The short hose routing is designed to avoid unnecessarily altering the factory crankcase ventilation process.

Billet Aluminum 10-Ounce Catch Can

At the center of the system is a catch can machined from 6061 billet aluminum and finished with a durable anodized coating.

With a generous 10-ounce fluid capacity, the can provides additional capacity between service intervals. Checking and emptying the catch can is simple—the bottom portion unscrews in seconds for quick inspection and draining.

Bolt-On Installation

Everything is designed to install as a complete bolt-on system with no permanent vehicle modifications required.

The kit includes a powder-coated steel mounting bracket, custom molded silicone hoses, stainless steel hose clamps and hardware, and the billet aluminum catch can for a clean, integrated installation.
