Fitment & Requirements
- Fitment: Universal, equipment-dependent application for vehicles with a US-spec license plate mounting location and compatible 7-way trailer port.
- 4Runner application: Listed in Morimoto’s 2020 Toyota 4Runner guide. Verify the required trailer connector and mounting location on your vehicle; this is not an unrestricted all-year 4Runner fitment claim.
- Exclusions: Not compatible with 2019 and newer Ram trucks or the Tesla Cybertruck.
- Included configuration: One Boost Bar and one single-output trailer adapter. A second light bar and dual-output adapter are not included.

Installation Overview
- Included setup: One Morimoto Boost Bar and a single-output EV Sportline trailer adapter. Confirm a compatible US-spec 7-way trailer port and license-plate mounting location.
- Guide scope: The manufacturer’s LED700 guide covers the Boost Bar and its original pigtail/T-tap wiring. It is a light-bar reference, not a dedicated procedure for the EV Sportline trailer adapter.
- Adapter wiring: Use the trailer adapter’s own connection instructions for the plug-and-play configuration. Do not substitute the guide’s original wire-tap method without confirming the correct wiring arrangement.
- Vehicle exclusions: Not compatible with 2019 and newer Ram trucks or the Tesla Cybertruck.
