Material Construction
Each domed overlay uses three layers: UV doming resin for a high-gloss, scratch-resistant finish; a decorative substrate with options such as 100% real carbon fiber, chrome, camouflage and factory color matches; and 3M automotive-grade adhesive backing.
The Real Carbon Fiber (Raw) option is raised 1 mm rather than the standard 4 mm domed profile.
Installation
Position the overlays onto the black trim along the outer sides of the liftgate. Surface preparation and installation can be completed in approximately 15 minutes. Check alignment before applying the adhesive-backed overlays.
