Material Construction
The domed product line uses a three-layer construction: UV doming resin for a high-gloss, scratch-resistant finish; a decorative substrate with options such as 100% real carbon fiber, chrome, camouflage and factory color matches; and 3M automotive-grade adhesive backing.
The Real Carbon Fiber (Raw) option is raised 1 mm rather than the standard 4 mm domed profile.
Installation
Fit each insert inside its corresponding stamped OEM letter on the liftgate. Surface preparation and installation can be completed in approximately 15 minutes. Check each letter's alignment before applying the adhesive-backed inserts.
