Air-Actuated Freespool Control for Compatible Carbon Winches

Make your winch clutch easier to access with the Carbon Offroad Air Freespool Clutch Upgrade. This kit replaces the standard manual freespool lever with an air-actuated assembly, reducing the need to reach over a bull bar or under a bumper during recovery setup.

Connect it to a compatible onboard air system and your supplied switch and wiring for push-button clutch operation. It is designed for Carbon Offroad 12K V2 and later winches, plus compatible Scout Pro models.

Installation Requirements

A compatible onboard air supply is required. Switch and wiring are not included and must suit your vehicle and installation. The factory gear handle is removed using a 3mm Allen key and a suitable wrench before fitting the air clutch assembly. Follow the manufacturer's installation guidance.
