Material Construction
The domed finish has a raised 4 mm profile and three-layer construction: UV doming resin for a high-gloss, scratch-resistant surface; a decorative substrate providing the selected finish; and 3M automotive-grade adhesive backing. Substrate choices include real carbon fiber, chrome, camouflage and factory color matches.
Real Carbon Fiber (Raw), where offered, has a raised profile of 1 mm.
Installation
Align the badge directly on top of the existing drive mode selector dial before applying the adhesive-backed piece. Surface preparation and installation can be completed in approximately 5 minutes.
