Display Support
The Anker 565 supports dual-monitor setups through its HDMI and DisplayPort outputs.
Windows laptops:
- Extended display across two external monitors and the laptop screen
- Mirrored external monitors with a separate laptop display
- Mirrored content across all connected displays
MacBooks:
- Both external monitors display the same content while the laptop screen displays different content
- All connected displays show the same content
Display capabilities depend on the laptop's USB-C/DisplayPort capabilities. A DisplayPort 1.4 laptop supports up to 4K@60Hz, while DisplayPort 1.2 laptops are limited to 1080p@60Hz for supported dual-display configurations.
Compatibility
Compatible with Windows laptops and MacBooks with a USB-C port that supports the required display and data functions.
Important Notes
- USB-A and USB-C ports marked for data transfer do not support device charging or video output.
- Pass-through charging requires a USB-C charger, which is not included.
- A charger with sufficient power is recommended to achieve the maximum 85W laptop charging output.
- Display capabilities vary depending on the host laptop and its USB-C/DisplayPort specifications.
- On macOS, display functionality may vary depending on the MacBook model and macOS version.
- If the hub is not detected after updating to macOS Ventura, check System Settings > Privacy & Security > Allow accessories to connect.
