Anker's safety system provides foreign object detection, short-circuit protection, temperature control, and other safeguards for reliable wireless charging.

Informative LED Indicator

The LED indicator provides helpful charging status information:

• Flashing blue: Metal obstruction detected
• Flashing green: Incompatible AC adapter or cable connected
• Solid blue for 3 seconds, then off: Connected to power
• Solid blue: Device is actively charging

Important Notes

• The Anker 313 does not feature MagSafe-style magnetic alignment and cannot magnetically attach to or charge iPhone 12 series devices.
• iPhone 12 series devices charge at up to 7.5W. For 15W MagSafe charging, use an official MagSafe charger.
• Not compatible with Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus tablets.
• iPhone 5V/1A chargers and computer USB ports may not provide enough power for the charger.
• Place your device in the center of the pad for stable charging.
• Metal cases and attachments such as magnets, cards, and grips may interfere with charging.
• iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 series devices do not support wireless charging.
• Samsung A series devices do not support wireless charging.
• Due to the overheating protection built into AirPods charging cases, charging may briefly pause and resume. This is normal.
