The stock mattress that comes with most rooftop tents gives you one firmness setting: whatever it is. The Aircore gives you a range. An 80/20 blend of memory foam and air means the mattress opens and expands on its own when you pop the tent, then you fine-tune it from there. Add air for firmer support, release some for a softer feel.

Features:

• 80% memory foam, 20% air, adjustable every night: The foam core gives you a consistent base while the air component lets you customize. Firmer for back sleepers, softer for side sleepers, somewhere in between for everyone else.
• Self-inflates on open: Open the valve when you pop the tent and the foam begins expanding on its own. A quick top-up with a pump gets you to your preferred firmness from there. No manual inflation from scratch and no electric pump required, though an air pump makes the process faster.
• 3" thick inflated, 0.5" packed: Three inches of sleeping thickness when inflated, half an inch when fully deflated and rolled. Leaves plenty of room in the tent for bedding on top without adding meaningful bulk when packed.
• Innovative valve design: The inflate/deflate nozzles hold air during inflation and release cleanly during deflation, with no backflow and no fighting the valve.

• XL mattress: 78" x 52" x 3" thick, 12 lbs (200cm x 132cm x 7.5cm).
• Standard mattress: 78" x 45" x 3" thick, 10 lbs (200cm x 115cm x 7.5cm).
• Deflated thickness: ~0.5".

We recommend using an air pump to vacuum the air out and deflate completely. Not recommended to be stored in the tent in extreme heat conditions.
