Add protection, clearance, and OEM-plus styling to your 4th Gen Tacoma with this Fender Flare Kit, designed to complement wider and taller off-road tires while maintaining a factory-refined look. Depending on trim level, the kit adds 1 inch of coverage per corner on TRD PreRunner, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, and Limited trims, and 1.5 inches per corner on SR and SR5 trims—helping shield your body panels from rocks, mud, and trail debris.

The flares feature a clean OEM+ design, with high-clearance front flares and integrated aero stabilizing fins for a functional, aggressive appearance. Each kit is available in automotive-grade fiber-reinforced plastic with a black primer (matte) finish that can be painted or run as-is, or in premium carbon fiber with your choice of gloss or matte clear coat.

Installation is completely non-invasive, requiring no drilling or trimming of OEM body panels. The flares are secured using 3M™ Super Strength Molding Tape along with factory wheel-well hardware. If equipped, OEM fender flares must be removed prior to installation.

Installation & Usage

This is a straightforward, bolt-on installation with no permanent modifications required. Clean all mounting surfaces thoroughly with alcohol before installation to ensure proper adhesion. For best results, apply adhesion promoter to the back of the flares and use double layers of 3M™ tape.

• Optimal install temperature: above 65°F (18°C)
• SR and SR5 trims require 14 OEM 10mm wheel opening molding screws for the rear flares
