Installation & Prep (Critical)

Proper prep is essential for long-term adhesion:

• Do not install on ceramic-coated surfaces
• Do not use silicone-based cleaners (Armor All, etc.)
• Clean thoroughly with a degreaser followed by rubbing alcohol
• Surface must be completely free of oils and shine

Final step:

• Post-heat all areas to 185°F to activate the adhesive bond

Pro tip: If the surface still looks shiny, it’s not clean enough.

Professional installation is recommended if you’re not comfortable with heat-setting vinyl.
