Having trouble getting your aftermarket switches to illuminate like your factory ones? Tired of splicing into OEM wiring just to make them work? We’ve got the fix.

Our plug-and-play illumination harnesses are designed to light up your aftermarket switches without the need for vampire clips, T-taps, or anything that risks cutting into those tiny factory wires.

Installation Info:

• Simply plug the harness into the cargo light connector (present on all 3rd Gen Tacomas including Access Cabs; the connector is behind the plastic cubby!)
• Attach the green connector to your new switch
• Finish the installation by wiring the remaining 2 wires following the switch manufacturer’s wiring diagram (out to the accessory relay to a 12V source).

How It Works:

• Each harness plugs directly into the back of an OEM connector, “borrowing” the factory illumination circuit already running through it.
• Every kit includes a replacement green connector for CH4x4, Cali Raised, AOB, MIC-Tuning, and Toyota-style switches—no guesswork, no wiring frustration.
• Once installed, your aftermarket switches will illuminate and dim in sync with the rest of your factory switch panel.
• The driver-side (left of steering wheel) harness supports illumination for one aftermarket switch—no splicing required.
• If you are building a switch panel or need to illuminate more than one switch, you can order our daisy chain harness to expand the illumination to 1 additional switch.
  • You can add or subtract multiple daisy chains at any point in your truck build.
