The kit includes extruded aluminum cross bars and powder-coated steel bracket towers, all fastened with stainless steel hardware for long-lasting durability in harsh environments. Each cross bar features a t‑channel design with a center opening compatible with M8 bolts, making it easy to mount items like recovery boards, solar panels, storage bins, or bike racks.

Whether you drive a compact rig or a full-size overlander, the BDV Accessory Rack comes in two widths to suit your tent: 41.75" for the Solo and 57.5" for the Duo. The low-profile design maintains your tent’s sleek silhouette while adding around 110 lbs of gear capacity depending on placement and weight distribution.
