Every detail was intentional. Carbon Offroad 3D-printed prototypes, tested fit and function, performed FEA load analysis, and removed unnecessary material to create maximum strength with minimal weight. The result is a uniquely strong I-beam–style forged hook, heat-treated 40Cr steel for superior durability, and a lightweight cast alloy gate.

A long-lasting powder-coated finish—similar to architectural aluminum window coatings—provides outstanding UV and corrosion resistance, ensuring your hook looks and performs great for years.

Designed for real-world recovery, the Mega Pro Hook can be stowed flat against your fairlead or upright with the gate facing up, making it easy to clip in a soft shackle or tree saver one-handed. The through-pin mounting system with external circlip makes installation fast and simple.
