Improve off-road clearance, reduce weight, and enhance exhaust tone with this Titanium Axle Dump Exhaust designed for the 2025+ Toyota 4Runner. Constructed from 3-inch diameter titanium tubing, this axle dump replaces the factory rear (axle-back) exhaust section for a cleaner, trail-friendly exit.

By eliminating the factory tailpipe, this design delivers increased clearance for off-road use, a slightly deeper exhaust tone, and an impressive 10–15 lb weight savings compared to the OEM setup. On the 4Runner, this exhaust increases overall volume by approximately 5–10%, with testing showing an increase of about 5 dB at idle and 7 dB at the top end—noticeable but still refined for daily driving.

A proprietary modular exhaust flange design allows this axle dump exhaust to fit the Toyota 4Runner, Lexus GX550, and Toyota LC250. (An exhaust flange spacer is included for GX550 applications only.)
