2) Look up the customers profile in HubSpot. If you find a matching profile, verify the customers information in his/her HubSpot profile starting with:

a) verify his or her vehicle information by saying: To confirm I have the right profile, you have a [insert Toyota year] [insert Toyota model] [insert Toyota Trim] and you live in [insert customers City, State] – is that all correct?

If yes, pre-fill the form below for the customer.
If no (and they don’t have a profile with us), complete the information below one field at a time.
